Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse cleanteam.co.il or leave your details on it, what we use it for, who it’s shared with, and what rights you have.
The website is operated by Clean Team Pro Ltd. (Reg. 516860541), 33 Jabotinsky St., Ramat Gan, Israel (“Clean Team”, “we”). Clean Team is the owner of the database and is responsible for the data collected.

What data we collect
- Details you give us in forms. In the contact form: full name, phone, email, company name and a free-text message. In the quote calculator we also ask for: city, street and house number, property type, office size, floor type, number of employees, cleaning days and hours, an approximate start date, and a few practical details (restroom, key handover, toiletries quote).
- Direct contact. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we keep the details you share in that conversation.
- Technical and statistical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached the site, general location (city or region), and actions on the site such as tapping a phone number or WhatsApp link and submitting a form. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads (see “Cookies and third-party services”).
We don’t ask for sensitive data such as payment card details, ID numbers or medical information. Please don’t put it in forms or messages.
What we use it for
- To get back to you, prepare a quote and arrange the service.
- To manage the business relationship, the contract and invoicing if you become a client.
- To understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure how well our advertising works.
- To keep the site secure and block spam in the forms.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don’t send newsletters or marketing mailings, and we don’t sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Do you have to give us your details
There is no legal obligation to provide your details. You give them voluntarily and with your consent. The fields marked with an asterisk are needed so we can reply, and without them we can’t handle your request. By submitting a form you agree to us collecting and using your details as described in this policy.
Cookies and third-party services
- Language cookie (pll_language). Remembers which language you chose and is kept for up to a year. The site needs it to work, and it doesn’t identify you personally.
- Google Analytics 4. Google’s statistics service. It uses cookies and identifiers (such as _ga) to count visits and understand how people use the site.
- Google Ads. Measures which enquiries came from our ads. Where this is switched on in our advertising account, Google may also show our ads to people who visited the site.
- Map. The “Contact” page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. When the page loads, your IP address is sent to the map service.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings.
Who we share data with
We use service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries: our website hosting company (uPress), Google’s mail service (Gmail) for delivering enquiries to us, and Google Analytics and Google Ads. Each provider gets only what it needs to do its job. We pass data to the authorities only if the law or a court order requires it.
Transfers outside Israel. Google and other services may process data on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and Europe. We choose providers that are committed to protecting the data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we start working together, we keep your details for as long as the engagement lasts, and afterwards for the periods the law requires (for example, accounting records). When the period ends we delete the data or remove the identifying details. Statistics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in the site system and in the office mailbox, and access is limited to the owners and staff who need it. The forms are protected against automated submissions. No method is completely secure, but we make a reasonable effort to protect your data.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can:
- ask to see the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete it;
- withdraw your consent and object to the use of your details.
To use a right, email us at office@cleanteam.co.il or call 053-5934745. We’ll reply within 30 days. To protect your privacy we may ask you to confirm who you are before we hand over or delete data. If you believe we’ve violated your privacy, you can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The site is meant for businesses and isn’t aimed at children or anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a service to the site. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.
