How We Choose Our People
- Criminal background check: a precondition for every hire. No exceptions.
- A personal interview: not just “do you have experience?” but also reliability, consistency, and the ability to work on their own.
- A supervised trial period: two to three weeks of guided work under the close eye of a dedicated supervisor.
- Professional training: proper use of products, safety, work procedures, professional conduct.

Every CleanTeam client gets a dedicated supervisor. They’re your point of contact for any question, problem, or request. They run on-site inspections, watch over quality, and make sure the team works to the standard you agreed on.
The supervisor also handles swapping out a cleaner (if it comes to that), scheduling, and special requests. One phone call. No email, no form, no “we’ll get back to you.”
